What NIA collects

NIA stores your EVE character identity, authorized ESI tokens, current private character and fleet state, and limited recent fleet or operational observations permitted by the scopes shown during EVE SSO. If you open Fitting Lab and authorize its separate skill permissions, NIA also stores that character's trained skill sheet and current training queue for private fitting calculations. Private fleet snapshots are retained for no longer than 24 hours.

When an authorized character separately connects corporation ESI, NIA also stores corporation-scoped Upwell structures, POS towers and fuel, POCOs, assets, wallet entries and market transactions, industry jobs, alerts, member identity state, compact history snapshots, access assignments, and permission-change audits. Corporation financial and industry-attribution records are intentionally retained for reporting after EVE's live history rolls over.

How it is used

The data powers NIA's fleet tracking, intelligence, routes, trading, corporation operations, alerts, and related tools. Saved operations may also include fleet rosters, corporations, loot appraisals, and payout records entered by an authorized user. It is not offered as a public directory or sold to other users.

Corporation membership alone grants no access to corporation records. The character who completes a corporation's first successful ESI sync becomes its initial corporation administrator. That administrator may grant specific views or management permissions to authenticated members of the same corporation. Corporation administration is separate from website administration and cannot manage another corporation.

Administrator access

NIA has separate website roles. Admins can operate the service and manage ordinary account access. Site Devs have the highest website access and may inspect the information NIA stores for individual accounts and corporations when operating, developing, or troubleshooting the service. Friend is an account label and does not grant administrative or private-data access. Access and refresh tokens are never displayed in the website console.

Your control

You may revoke NIA through EVE Online's authorized applications management. Revocation prevents new private information from being retrieved. Ordinary NIA account content, public intelligence, and shared corporation accounting or history records may remain.

This is an initial community-service policy, not a promise that any online system is infallible. Do not connect a character if the described access makes you uncomfortable.
